| Web Production Assistant |
D3Corp is seeking a Web Production Assistant to become an integral member of our team. We are looking for an organized person with Web production experience, a great aptitude for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. This is an entry-level position in a creative and engaging environment.
Viable candidates for this position require proficiency in Microsoft Office programs as well as Adobe and Macromedia Suites, excellent project management skills, ability to multi-task, work well with a diverse team and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written, phone and in person).
Responsibilities include:
- Handling day-to-day production, project prioritization and scheduling to keep client website edits or designs on schedule.
- Aiding the sales staff to prepare the designers and production team with basic design notes.
- Assist in creation of site's visual structure, site maps and technologies by providing documentation for projects; schedules, budgets, detailed specifications, search engine optimization, etc.
- Ensure established naming convention and requirements are followed, recommending new processes as needed
- Work with clients to gather data and/or resolve technical issues
- From provided content, update web pages using Dreamweaver
- Provide input and recommendations on developing interactive projects
- Update, manage and organize company's internal viral marketing initiatives
- Additional duties include tracking purchases, setting up meetings, answering phones and general office assistance.
Production Design Skills/Requirements:
- Have a good eye for design and visual presentation
- Must know HTML basics
- Working Knowledge and Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Working Knowledge and Experience with Macromedia Suite
- Flash Design
- Code HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Working knowledge of Flash Action Script a plus
